1. About Us
Roomo.me is operated by SCHEMBRI SOFTWARE PTY LTD, an Australian company (ABN: 93 676 372 955). Our platform provides productivity tools, including ambient video backgrounds, focus music, task planning, and note-taking.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use Roomo.me. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Account Registration
- Users must sign in using Google Authentication.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- We are not responsible for any unauthorised access due to weak passwords or security breaches on your end.
4. Subscription & Free Trial
- New users receive a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required.
- After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using Roomo.me.
- Subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- No refunds are provided for any payments made.
5. User-Generated Content
- You can create private notes, to-do lists, and Kanban tasks on Roomo.me.
- Your content is only accessible by you and is not shared publicly.
- We do not monitor or access your content unless required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Roomo.me for illegal or harmful activities.
- Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt our services.
- Share your account access with others.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Privacy, GDPR & Data Protection
Roomo.me is committed to protecting user privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA).

- Payment details (processed via Stripe, we do not store this information)
